The Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar was established under Act No. VI of 2014 by the State Legislature of Maharashtra. The University commenced its operation from March 16, 2017. The Maharashtra National Law University, CHHATRAPATI SAMBHAJINAGAR being an institution of national repute has been fulfilling the aspirations of the people of the Marathwada Region. 

The University has its own 50 acres lush green campus situated in Kanchanwadi at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is established with intent to impart quality legal education, to develop advanced clinical pedagogies and research. The University also imbibes values of the legal profession coupled with various skill sets required to meet global standards. MNLU Mumbai, was the countries 18th and Maharashtra’s 1st NLU but even after being a new NLU in comparison to the other top NLUs and law colleges of India which were established years or even decades ago, NLU Mumbai, has shown a tremendous growth in terms of placements, college ranking and various other academic and non-academic areas and today it has surpassed many colleges in almost every field and is ranked one among the TOP 10 Law colleges / University of India & is also regarded as one of the most prestigious university in the field of Law in Aisa & around the globe.

The Readers’ Club of Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, is hosting the National Story Writing Competition, 2025, to encourage students’ creativity.

Thriller or Drama

This online competition invites high school (ABOVE 8th grade) to undergraduate students of all DISCIPLINES to submit original short stories in English (500-1000 words).

The participants must register via Google Form available in the brochure and upload their story in a PDF format.

Winners will be announced at a virtual or physical ceremony and will receive gifts and hampers.
