About the Programme
In a fast-evolving educational landscape, where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming a critical skill for students, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is taking proactive steps to equip educators with the knowledge and tools needed to teach this complex subject. In continuation with CBSE Notification No. 43/2024, a series of Online Capacity Building Programmes (CBPs) have been announced for teachers handling AI in Classes IX and X.
These programmes are designed for schools that have introduced, or are planning to introduce, AI as a skill subject. As AI becomes increasingly important in today’s world, these CBPs aim to ensure that teachers are well-versed in the subject and capable of guiding students effectively. Moreover, the courses will cover the latest updates and changes in the AI curriculum, ensuring educators stay ahead of the curve.

Capacity Building Programmes for Class IX AI Teachers
- 14th to 16th October 2024 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- 4th to 6th November 2024 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- 2nd to 4th December 2024 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Capacity Building Programmes for Class X AI Teachers
- 25th to 28th November 2024 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- 16th to 19th December 2024 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Important Guidelines
- Participants are encouraged to join the sessions using a laptop or desktop for an optimal learning experience.
- Selected teachers will receive the invitation link via the email provided during registration.
- If the registration link doesn’t work, please copy and paste it into your browser.
- Schools are advised to nominate teachers who have not previously attended these CBPs.
