About ANRF
India is being recognized and acknowledged as a rising power and leader of the Global South. The Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) a statutory body of Govt. of India established bythe Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) 2023 Act. The ANRF aims to seed, grow and promote research and development (R&D) and foster a culture of research and innovation throughout India’s universities, colleges, research institutions, and R&D laboratories. The said foundation aims to overhaul and boost scientific advancement in the country for India to achieve an all round international level excellence in matters related to science.
ANRF will act as an apex body to provide high-level strategic direction of scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of science and technology including mathematical sciences, engineering and technology, environmental and earth sciences, health and agriculture, and scientific and technological interfaces of humanities and social sciences, to promote, monitor and provide support as required for such research in the country.
ANRF will forge collaborations among the industry, academia, and government departments and research institutions, and create an interface mechanism for participation and contribution of industries and State governments in addition to the scientific and line ministries. It will focus on creating a policy framework and putting in place regulatory processes that can encourage collaboration and increased spending by the industry on R&D.
Competition Details
Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) in collaboration with MyGov, is conducting an online logo designing competition where citizens are invited to show their creative brilliance and create a suitable Logo that not only embodies the ANRF’s commitment to provide high-level strategic direction of scientific research in the country as per recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP) but also depicts the ANRF’s purpose and impact on a national scale and what the ANRF stands for. This would help in the popularization and broader outreach of the ANRF. The Selected entity shall be adopted as the official logo, to be used by ANRF for official purposes.
The competition is open to any Indian citizen.
Gratifications
The prize money for the logo designing competition will be as follows:
- Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) will be provided as 1st prize.
- Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) will be provided as 2nd prize.
- The winners will be also felicitated and due recognition will be provided on the ANRF website.
Technical Parameters
- The logo should be visible when used in 5mm size and if needed, can be enlarged to a hoarding size.
- The logo should be in high resolution with a minimum of 300 DPI.
- Participants should only upload the logo in JPEG / PNG / SVG / PDF format.
- The logo should be designed in color.
- The file should be of high resolution – at least 300 pixels per inch at 100% size.
- The file should look clean (not pixilated or bit-mapped) when viewed on-screen at 100%.
