Applications are invited for Young Changemakers Programme 2023 (Rural Immersion Bootcamp) at IIM Ranchi. The last date of application is May 18, 2023.

The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi is a public business school located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

A three-day rural immersion bootcamp designed for future leaders passionate about social work, community development, and driven to create a sustainable and long-lasting impact.

The direct exposure aims to stimulate the ability to identify pertinent problems, hone their creativity and problem-solving abilities, help them develop innovative and effective solutions, and execute it for the betterment of our community.

This programme is designed to empower students to become changemakers, to take action, and to make a real difference in the world. The programme will challenge participants to think beyond their own experiences and encourage them to evaluate critically and compassionately about the needs of others.

The programme is open to students of all academic backgrounds currently enrolled in 10th, 11th, 12th grade, or any equivalent programme. Students who have recently completed school can also apply.

The programme will be held from 26th to 28th May 2023, 9 AM to 6 PM.

The fees is INR 3000 for the three-day experience, and all the proceeds will go to assist the Rasabeda Community.

This is a non-residential programme. Guardians are requested to drop and collect their wards from the IIM Ranchi Campus at 9 AM and 6 PM, respectively.

The Rasabeda visit will take place on day two via a private bus departing and returning to the IIM Ranchi Campus. The village is 45 km away and a 30 minutes trek after the bus ride.

The workshops and presentations will be held at IIM Ranchi. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on all days.
