Manav Mangal Smart World School, Punjab.

I applied after seeing the advertisement in the newspapers.

Teachers in my school were very flexible they taught us according to new teaching strategies. They encourage and boost students. They were very helpful in improving our habits and behaviour. They always tried to uplift student’s skills.

Teachers are engaging to little angles in a lot of activities so that they will not feel bored and refrain from excess talkativeness in the classroom to maintain decorum & discipline, and that’s why Teachers of Manav Mangal School are giving some homework to students to keep them engaged in the home also and next day they are assessing them & checking their homework and giving them rewards by marking emojis to motivate them.

Teachers should give more attention on inter state competitions and scholarship exams. Schools should encourage students to participate in sports either indoor or outdoor games for better physical and mental growth of children it will help students to discourage the virtual world.

My old school was equipped with a modern safety and security system. Spacious and well-ventilated air-conditioned classrooms. Well-equipped indoor sports complex available like table tennis, badminton courts, table soccer, carrom board. Evening sports facilities. AC transportation facilities are available. Proper courts for outdoor sports like basketball, lawn tennis, and skating are also available.

The school canteen for students is not available. Proper rainwater harvesting system. Manav Mangal is a very good school, I learned a lot from this. I would love to continue my 11th and 12th in the same school, but there is no stream for 11th and 12th standard and It is very painful for me to quit school after 10th standard. It will be better if Manav Mangal extends the education system for 11th and 12th standards.

1:40 is the ratio of teacher to student. Everyone participates in class activities. Student-Teacher Relationship. Teachers have time to plan, access & evaluate. Teachers spare additional time for weaker students for their improvement. Rather this ratio should be 1:20 because the smaller the teacher-student ratio, the better! A lower ratio will lighten the workload for teachers, enabling them to focus on the quality rather than the quantity of their teaching and grading.

The ratio should be 1:20. Due to academic pressure, students can’t participate in practices, extracurricular activities, and in sports. Some students feel stress and it is affecting their health. Sometimes teachers face a workload and then they carry the assessments and work notes into their homes. Teachers can’t focus on one-to-one students.

The following are the amenities offered in this School:

Air-conditioned SMART classrooms, Digitals Labs, Computer Labs, Robotics Lab, Online access to Smart class learning content at home, Online access to ‘Learning Booktique’ – a School MobileApp with Digital Library.

I would like there to be career orientation programs in schools so that students can choose better career opportunities for their future. I also want the academic pressure on students to be reduced and more co-curricular activities to be added to the curriculum.
