Any institute works efficiently when the faculty of the institution works in a team. My school faculties and staff are very diligent, hard-working, and cooperative. They all work for the holy purpose of giving education to students of underprivileged communities. They follow the strict rules and regulations of the school.
No one in this world is perfect. Everyone in this world has some defects in him or her. Therefore my school faculty have also some things that I don’t like such as they are quite harsh and strict. They didn’t hear any appeals if anyone was found guilty of doing something wrong. The school did not allow students to go on tours and trips.
My school is a boarding school which is equipped with 24×7 electricity and the classrooms are digital having laptop and projector facilities, internet and wifi connection and computer service is available here. The best sports facilities are available here. This school has a big auditorium equipped with air conditioners.
My school has some best infrastructure and facilities despite these things my school has some of the BAD things about the infrastructure of the school such as a small school campus in comparison to other big schools like St. Xaviers or Michaels or Joshephs.
The teachers are well qualified. Students and teachers have always interactive sessions. The counseling of students is organized regularly. The teachers always take tests and make aware of mistakes to students. They teach us to become the best version of ourselves and pay back to our society and our mother India.
Every school or institution has some defects despite its good faculties and environment. Similarly, my school also has some things that should be eradicated. Teachers are not always present with students. They are unavailable after school hours.
My school offers a need-based scholarship for the students of the underprivileged community of Musahars. It organizes different competitions in calligraphy, essay writing, extempore, quizzes, and other co-curriculum activities. It always sends its students to different schools and institutes to compete with other students in various disciplines.
The school is a boarding school so it has many restrictions and regulations that I don’t like. These rules restrict students from going outside daily. The school is open for the students of Scheduled Caste only. I would like to change all these things in the future.
