Yogita Rani.

Class 12.

Palladium School, Hisar, Haryana.

All of my teachers, whether they teach me or not, are nice. Their behavior is genuine, and I have never found any falseness in them. In fact, my teachers always try to improve me. Whenever they scold me, I know it’s for my own good. A few months ago, I had a new English teacher, and it took me a while to understand and adjust to her. She was quite strict, but now I’ve come to understand her, and I’m doing my best to improve myself.

I have not found any major issues with the school’s infrastructure. In fact, I was impressed by its quality! It’s important to remember that condemning a school as bad based on only a 5 percent negative aspect is unfair and narrow-minded. Instead, we should focus on the 95 percent positive aspects that the school has to offer and work constructively to address any areas that need improvement. While I cannot say that the infrastructure is bad, it does require some additional improvements and attention to reach its full potential.

The most important point to be noted for my school is its excellent student-to-teacher ratio. In my school, there is the majority of female staff which is three-fourths of the total staff. The student-to-teacher ratio is approximately – 25 students per teacher only. Due to this, it’s easy to concentrate on all students and teachers get more time for students’ improvement.

I’m sorry, but there are no negative aspects to the student-to-teacher ratio in my school. All of the students are content with their class teacher because of the exceptional student-teacher ratio. This allows each student to have ample opportunity to showcase their abilities and represent themselves in the classroom.

If I get the opportunity to make some changes, my top priority would be to establish a culture of discipline among the students. As the House Captain in my school, I am already working towards this goal. Additionally, I would seek permission from the parents of the students to institute a policy wherein students who fail to follow the school’s rules and regulations, despite being warned twice, will be expelled. This measure will go a long way in helping the teachers and ensuring a better learning environment in school.
