The Faculties in our school:
The infrastructure in our school is well-developed. We also have math labs to develop an interest in math. Our school also offers theatre rooms to develop an interest in watching and performing plays. Our school library has a wide collection of books, totaling nearly 5000. The school also offers lockers for every student with the intention of reducing the bag weight.
Our school has a very small ground. The classrooms are not well maintained as we usually see the paint scrapping off from the walls. The school also must work on plastering the roof as we often see the stairs getting slippery due to water leakage. The school also must install smart boards in every class to cope with the trend.
The student-to-teacher in our school is just 1:8. This helps us receive teachers’ attention. The teacher can pay more attention to everyone and make sure that everyone follows the right path. It also helps the teachers increase our interest in the subject. Since the strength of our class is just 18, it helps everyone to get to know others better.
The class becomes less fun due to the low number of students per class. Our socializing skills are massively affected. We also lose out on making more friends. We also miss out on mischief. Class becomes very boring. As a result, we lose interest in academics.
Our school offers the best array of initiatives. For example, we had Celebrino Fest just a month back. This fest helped us to unleash our talents and seek appreciation. This fest included various competitions in which we showcased our talent. We also have the facility of learning 10 musical instruments, which according to me is just amazing.
I would have increased the number of students present in each class. I would also have started opening different clubs. I also would have installed smart boards in each class. I would also buy out some neighboring land to increase the ground area.
Along with this, I would have established mini-stock exchanges in the schools. I would also encourage startups in the school. I would have funded all this through a local school currency. I also would have established a school governing council of students who would have the power to advise the principal. I would also organize sports tournaments in our school.
