My school is renowned for its experienced faculty. We have a teacher named Dr R.K. Mitra a physics teacher who has been awarded nationally many times for his research work. Then we also have many teachers with at least 20 years of experience and a counselor with 15 years of experience. The most fascinating thing about my school faculty is that most of the teachers who have a practical subject like our physics sir, also try to show the practical implementation of their subjects in our day-to-day life.
Everything has both good points and weak points, the same story with my school. Although my school’s faculty is very experienced some teachers like my maths teacher and my computer teacher can’t clear the concepts and doubts of students. This is because in 2016 my school implemented the CBSE board. Before then it was UP board. Because of this some teachers are still not used to it and the new faculty which came has very less good teachers probably due to their lack of experience.
There are many good things about the infrastructure of my school:
Some of the bad things about the infrastructure of my school are:
Some of the good things about the student-to-teacher ratio at my school are:
Most teachers try to support you not only in academics but also in other problems unrelated to academics, even your personal problems. They try to solve every student’s problem whether it is academic or any personal matter. They try to support every child irrespective of their academic abilities.
I can’t think of any bad things about the student-to-teacher ratio of my school. The only stumbling block is that my school has a 1:50 student-to-teacher ratio. So although the teachers try their best they don’t solve every student’s problem especially those students who are frightened to even ask them about their problems from the teacher.
Some of the initiatives offered in my school are
First of all, I would like to change my school to a boys’ school like it was 5 years ago. The second thing I want to change would be the student-to-teacher ratio. Then I want my school to once again implement UP board and the last thing that I want would be the surveillance cameras which haven’t been changed in the last 10 years.
