In the current scenario where the world is going digital, we can aptly address ourselves as the digital citizens of the cyber world. As digital citizens, it is essential we are aptly aware and alert about these online frauds or dangers and follow the best online digital practices to stay safe in cyberspace.

As India is making significant efforts towards becoming a trillion-dollar digital economy, the campaign focuses on sensitizing users of all ages about online risk & safety measures and promoting cyber hygiene thereby reinforcing the cyber safety of citizens.
Citizens of all age groups, covering rural and urban areas, with special emphasis on children, students, women, teachers, faculty, senior citizens, specially-abled persons, officials of Central & State Governments etc. are invited to participate in the Stay Safe Online campaign.
In collaboration with MyGov, Stay Safe Online is organizing a Quiz on Digital India to inculcate cyber hygiene practices amongst the citizens of the country to safeguard themselves in the digital space.
The objective of this quiz is to raise awareness among citizens to stay safe in an online world on the widespread use of social media platforms and the rapid adoption of digital payments.
It is aimed at creating awareness among citizens including specially-abled persons to stay safe in an online world on the widespread use of social media platforms and rapid adoption of digital payments.

The Quiz is organized as part of the Stay Safe Online campaign. Each participant will be given 10 questions and 5 minutes time duration only.
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India is running a campaign titled ‘Stay Safe Online’ during India’s G20 presidency. The campaign would sensitize internet users about online cyber risks & safety measures, and promote safe online behaviour and – cyber hygiene practices.
The objective of organizing these National level competitions is to inculcate cyber hygiene practices among internet users as part of the SSO Campaign. These competitions are organized in collaboration with the Central Institute of Educational Technology(CIET), a constituent unit of NCERT, Ministry of Education.
