The Department of Elementary Education, NCERT, is organizing an Online Orientation Program on New NCERT Textbooks on July 18, 2023, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organisation of the Government of India. Established in 1961, it is a literary, scientific and charitable Society under the Societies Registration Act. Its headquarters are located at Sri Aurobindo Marg in New Delhi.
As per the recommendations of NEP-2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage, NCERT has come out with new textbooks for classes 1 & 2.
In order to orient teachers of CBSE-affiliated schools, the Department of Elementary Education, NCERT, is organizing an Orientation Programme on July 18, 2023, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
This session will be live telecasted on PMeVIDYA DTH TV Channels #1- #2 and NCERT’s Official YouTube channel. The participants can interact with the experts through YouTube chat messages.
All Principals/Heads of schools affiliated with CBSE are requested to disseminate this information amongst the concerned teachers of their respective schools to attend the orientation programme as per the date and time mentioned above.
