Submissions of entries are invited for the Mascot Design Competition by the Ministry of Ayush & MyGov, India for the Y Break App.
Ministry of Ayush (MoA) and MyGov invites citizens to participate in a mascot design competition for the Y-Break App. The mascot will be used as a medium of representation on the platform and any outreach (online/printed) material.
Y-Break App was launched on September 1, 2020, by the Ministry of Ayush (MoA), Government of India, in association with Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), developed Y-Break “Yoga break at the workplace” protocol to de-stress, refresh and re-focus the workers at the workplace by practicing selected Yoga practices of 5-6 minutes time frame to accrue the benefits as projected from Yoga practice for a longer duration.
The protocol was developed by a group of eminent Yoga experts. The protocol was launched on a trial basis in January 2020 and was found to be effective based on an analysis of feedback from participants.
Regardless of age, everyone is encouraged to participate.
