The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 underscores the critical importance of equipping educators with high-quality content and pedagogical skills to enhance classroom teaching and learning experiences. In alignment with this vision, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is pleased to announce a One-Day Teachers Training Programme for the skill course ‘Retail (Subject Code – 401 & 801)’.

The Retail subject, offered at secondary (401) and senior secondary (801) levels, equips students with practical knowledge and skills for careers in the fast-growing retail sector. Covering topics like customer service, inventory management, and sales, the course bridges the gap between theoretical learning and real-world applications, preparing students for employment and entrepreneurship in the retail industry.
