About ODOP

The One District One Product (ODOP) Initiative, aligned with the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, aims to promote balanced regional development by identifying and supporting unique products from each district of India. The initiative encourages local artisans and communities to enhance their products’ reach and visibility, celebrating India’s rich cultural heritage.

Challenge Details

DPIIT in collaboration with MyGov invite citizens to participate in the ODOP at Red Fort Selfie Challenge by taking a selfie with the specially designed ODOP standee. Participants are encouraged to include an ODOP product in their photo and share their entry on the MyGov platform, where it will be judged. Additionally, we urge participants to share their photo on Instagram, tagging the official ODOP India handle, @odop_ind, to promote ODOP products further. While including an ODOP product isn’t mandatory, if two entries are equally good, preference will be given to the one featuring an ODOP product.

Eligibility

The competition is open to all citizens.

Guidelines

Entries must include a selfie taken at the designated ODOP selfie standee with an ODOP product. While including an ODOP product is not mandatory, if two entries are equally good, preference will be given to the one featuring an ODOP product.
Entries will be judged based on the photo uploaded to the MyGov platform. However, participants are also encouraged to share their photo on social media, tagging the official ODOP India Instagram handle to help promote ODOP products.
The image must not contain any provocative, inappropriate, or objectionable content.
Only one entry per participant will be considered valid.
There is no entry fee to participate in the competition.
Participants must ensure that their profile information is accurate and up-to-date, as it will be used for future communication. This includes name, address, email address, phone number, nationality, etc. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will not be considered.
